Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage is a technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms and reduce tension in the muscle and tissue.

This form of massage focuses on specific muscle groups and is therefore tailored to the individual.

Sports/Remedial massage can help with:

  • Shoulder and neck problems
  • Back problems
  • Pelvic and groin strain
  • Hamstring problems
  • Sciatica
  • Knee, ankle and foot problems
