WHO AM I?

I’m James Egginton I graduated with a BSc Degree in Sports Science in 2012 then went on to study with the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage where I qualified as a Soft Tissue Therapist in 2014. I have recently graduated as a  Sports Therapist with the Active Health Group in 2024. 

I’m also a qualified RockDoc with Rock Tape (Kinesiology Taping) and Instrument Assisted Sports Massage. I have treated a variety of clients from 170kg powerlifter to weekend warriors and people that have picked up injuries through their occupations. I recently spent 3 Seasons doing Pitch-side First Aid with Broadstreet RFC who are a level 5 Rugby Team (National 3 Midlands Premier)
 

I am a member of The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage Therapists and Member of the Sports Therapy Organisation and I develop my skills and add to my qualifications annually giving my clients a more effective treatment to their individual needs.
